Gold tier

Gold Digital Asset Portfolio

Entry tier holding a small number of large-capitalisation digital assets (currently Bitcoin and Ethereum) held with a licensed third-party custodian. Allocations are reviewed quarterly. Suitable only for investors who can accept large price swings and the loss of the full amount invested.

Asset type: Large-cap digital assets (BTC, ETH)
Fees: 1.10% p.a. management fee on the value of your holding, calculated daily and billed monthly in arrears. No entry fee, no exit fee, no performance fee. Trading spread of up to 0.50% applies at execution and third-party custody costs are included in the management fee. Network withdrawal fees are charged at cost.
Minimum: $500.00
Lock-up: No lock-up. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-2 business days after settlement.

Mid tier holding a broader diversified basket of large and mid-capitalisation digital assets with periodic rebalancing and monthly reporting. Held with a licensed third-party custodian. Suitable only for investors who can accept large price swings and the loss of the full amount invested.

Fees: 0.75% p.a. management fee on the value of your holding, calculated daily and billed monthly in arrears. No entry fee, no exit fee, no performance fee. Trading spread of up to 0.40% applies at execution and third-party custody costs are included in the management fee. Network withdrawal fees are charged at cost.
Minimum: $2,000.00
Lock-up: No lock-up. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-2 business days after settlement.
