1. About these terms

These terms govern your access to and use of the Northstar Digital Markets platform. The operating entity's registered company details are not yet published on this site; they will appear here and on the regulatory disclosures page once verified.

2. Current platform status

The platform currently operates in sandbox mode. No payment provider, custody provider or settlement arrangement is connected, and no client money or client digital assets are held. Any account you create is for reviewing platform functionality only.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate registration information and complete identity verification before any funded feature becomes available.
• You must not use the platform where doing so breaches the law that applies to you.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials and two-factor authentication device secure, and for all activity conducted through your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. No advice

Information provided on the platform is general information only. It does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs, and it is not a recommendation to acquire or dispose of any digital asset.

6. Market data

Market prices are sourced from a third-party provider and are shown with their source and timestamp. Data may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. We do not warrant its accuracy and it must not be relied upon for trading decisions.

7. Fees

Fees applicable to any funded product are disclosed on that product's page before you commit. No fees are charged while the platform is in sandbox mode.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or restrict an account where required by law, where we suspect fraud or unauthorised access, or where verification obligations are unmet.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses arising from market movements, third-party provider failures, or your failure to secure your account.

10. Changes

We will publish any change to these terms on this page and notify account holders of material changes.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
